Treverk Woodturning pieces are purchased securely through our Etsy shop. When you click “Buy,” you’ll be directed to Etsy to complete checkout.

Shipping

Shipping costs, processing times, and delivery estimates are shown on each listing in Etsy at the time of purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

To request a return, please contact us through Etsy Messages on your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (or comparable protective packaging) to ensure safe transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund through Etsy to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by Etsy or applicable law.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the piece so we can help resolve it promptly.
